Hello,

Can someone help me please?

I have no colour printing option available using my HP ENVY 5535 e-All-in-One Printer with my MacBook Pro. The default preset option is greyed out, just the black and white option showing. I have tried removing the printer and reinstalling it etc. the cartridges are genuine HP and both are new and showing as working. The print heads have been checked and the test page prints in colour but nothing else does. I am enrolled with the Instant Ink program and from past experience have found that if I remove a cartridge and then try to re install it, it isn't recognised, so am loathe to do this. The printer software is up to date. Thanks in advance.
