Could you please provide a bit more detail so I can better assist you?

  • Are you referring to a new ink cartridge that you recently purchased but can’t find?
  • Or is your printer not recognizing the ink that’s already installed?
  • Do you see any error messages or blinking lights on the printer?
  • Have you recently subscribed to HP Instant Ink, and are you waiting for a shipment?
