Back on 5/17/2022 I posted a question regarding the procedure to claim a warranty replacement for a HP61 cartridge. Mr Headrick provided detailed instuctions In late May, HP responded by saying something like if my claim is approved, the cartridge is on order.
In July I sent in a second claim referencing the first claim. Still no cartridge!
It is three months since I submitted a claim. Is this delay normal? Has anyone else experienced this? Is there another way to submit a claim?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
