I purchased a printer from a friend and it's missing the setup cartridges and now it wont work where can I find them or can I bypass this?

You need to contact Technical Support and they can provide a machine specific key sequence to all setup with standard cartridges.  Support.HP.com

I actually got it to work without them by connecting it to my hp laptop and downloading updates for my laptop it then printed the alignment page with the regular hp ink tanks I had purchased but thank you!
