I installed non HP toner cartridges and received an error response.  Printer doesn't work, even though

included paperwork states it will.

I'd like to help!

 

Dynamic security-enabled printer. Only intended to be used with cartridges using an HP original chip. Cartridges using a non-HP chip may not work, and those that work today may not work in the future. http://www.hp.com/go/learnaboutsupplies


We have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
