Ordered 3 replacement ink cartridges 30 days ago. Finally received 2 and have had 3 FedX promised delivery for the third - even after 30 days. I can’t call FedX but have tried HP help line twice and was cut off both times. Have not found a HP phone number that anyone, ever answers. Have emailed HP customer service for assistance 3 times but did not get any help. No way has covid 19 delayed ink cartridge delivery this long.

 

I no longer need or want this last cartridge but how on earth do I get the cartridge refund from HP? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have spent hours trying to resolve with absolutely no results.
