Product: HP DeskJet 2810e All-in-One Printer

I just bought a new HP printer in UK ans trying to register for Instant ink. It's not going through as by default it shows USA in shipping address and not letting me change it to UK. Please guide.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are looking for help with enrolling in Instant Ink service for your new Printer.

 

Make sure the email id you are using to enroll was not used earlier to sign up in another couintry.

 

If the email id was used earlier in instant ink service in another country, then you will have to use a new email id to enroll the printer in UK.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.
