Hello.  I have a DeskJet 2600 All-in-One Printer series which I have not used in 7 months and it's no longer printing anything black at all.  It's showing plenty of black and color ink in the estimated ink levels.  Even then I have replaced the black ink cartridge and still no black ink printing at all.  I have gone through the Print and Scan Doctor cleaning the ink heads several times and still no black ink.  The Virtual Agent help desk said I need to service or replace my printer.  Any ideas on what I can try.  I've only used this printer a couple of months and printed about 30 pages.  It was working fine until it wasn't used for 7 months.  The color cartridge is working fine.  Thanks.
