Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My black inkjet head was completely clogged. I followed the hp video on how to clean the print head by soaking it in warm distilled water. The black print head now prints about 85% of the area but there are blank spaces where the black ink is not printing still. I ran the clean print aheads again a couple of times but no improvement. Should I remove the print head again and resoak it?
