Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

Help! I just replaced my color ink cartridges and now my printer won't print in color. However it does print in Black and White. It is saying the color cartridges are full on the report. I tired restarting, reinstalling, all the tricks and nothing is working. I checked to make sure all the settings were correct when printing too. I've been trying to call HP but I can't get through to an actual person to help me.
