Hi, I am getting the following error message when replacing genuine black ink cartidges: Supply System Problem "Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty, cartridge. If message reappears again, record message and contact HP." I have tried replacing the Ink with 3 x different genuine HP 955 XL cartridges and keep getting the same error.
I have followed the below steps but am still unable to resolve the issue.
Any ideas on how to resolve?
