I recently bought a 8035e and when I received my first ink shipment I replaced the cartridges and was able to print for a few days then received an error message that cartridges are damaged or missing. Tried virtual assistant but the didn't have any answers. Typed in message to please call me but did not receive call. Tried to find phone number but to no avail. I found a phone number for sales, believe it or not. Got transfer around to two different support agents each stating that HP is aware of problems and they would need to transfer me to a specialist. Finally the specialist was able to fix problem in 10 minutes.
Just wondering why if HP knows they have a problem with this printer, that they don't send out a mass email to users with HP account and set up a special number to call to fix issue within minutes. Now since I am a Realtor and know hundreds of other realtors I will be letting them know not to purchase HP products. VERY POOR BUSINESS DECISION ON THE PERSON WHO IS MAKING THE CALLS AT HP.
