Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

Color print starts OK but that starts streaking the more it prints.  Some pages print without a problem.

1) When attempting to ALIGN, the blue print was unreliable and the align scan couldn't recognize the alignment page.

2) Replaced the offending blue color cartridge - replaced 1/2 consumer cartridge with a new on.

3) Triple cleaned the heads - twice. 

4) Streaking reduced but now only in the center of the page - not at the start or end of the page.

5) Tried powering off to reset.

6) Confirmed the firmware was current twice.

7) Still getting streaks in the middle of the page.

 

HELP - what am I missing?
