Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

After doing all the recommended possible fixes, my printer will not print anything (not even test pages) and is just producing blank paper. I just replaced the black ink cartridge, but the 3 color cartridges are old but still have ink. I restarted the printer back with factory settings and also did all applicable software downloads. So frustrated at this point, please help!!
