Office jet Pro 8620 Damaged Yellow CartridgeS

HP Recommended
iOS

When my most recent HP Instant Ink Yellow cartridge reported empty, I replaced it with one via the Instant Ink service.  That one is reporting damaged.  I had a second Instant ink yellow cartridge and that one is reporting damaged as well.  I have reset the printer (power cord unplugged for >60 seconds) and no fix,  I have checked the contacts on all three cartridges.

951 Empty Cartridge: C2P60A 2019/06 Malaysia

951 Full Cartridge: C2P60A 2019/02 Malaysia

951 Full Cartridge: C2P60A 2022/06 Singapore

HELP — I need to print and Black/Grayscale would be fine

Please make any possible suggestions.  While a new cartridge is in route, I seriously do not think it’s going to help.

Still not working even with multiple sets of ink.  Very disappointing.
