Product: HP OfficeJet 2535

The printer will send paper through and sound as if printing, but nothing is on the paper. No color no black- blank! I’ve cleaned it. Replaced the cartridges. Never used anything but HP Cartridges. Updated. Unplugged. Looked through all sorts of settings in the printer. It won’t print from a computer, won’t print report pages from the printer itself, won’t copy.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
