OfficeJet 3830 not printing color

My printer does not print color in any program, whether Office (excel, word, etc.), photos, whatever. I have tried every fix HP recommends: I've reinstalled the drivers 3 times. I've run the Print Quality Diagnostic 3 times and it prints in color and is aligned, my cartridges are new and mostly full, cleaned print heads, etc.  BUT, no documents or photos or anything prints in color when I attempt to do so. Everything prints in grayscale. When checking Printer Properties, there is a limited menu with only Paper Type, Print Quality, Pages per Sheet, Borderless, Print on Both Sides Manually - I used to see a full menu with Color or Black & White or Grayscale as options. No more.

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:


Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.


Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
