I changed to Win11 24H2 and would like to continue using the printer.

 

But it don't print color. I installed the HP Easy Smart. But it don't work.

Step-by-Step Fix Guide

1. Uninstall the Printer Completely

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners
  • Select your printer → Click Remove
  • Restart your PC


2. Install the Full HP Driver (Not Just HP Smart)


3. Check Color Settings in Print Dialog

  • Open a document or photo → Press Ctrl + P → Select your printer
  • Click Printer Properties or Preferences
  • Make sure: 
    • Color is selected (not grayscale or black ink only)
    • Paper Type is set to plain or photo paper as needed
    • Print Quality is set to Best or Normal

4. Run HP Diagnose & Fix Tool
