I changed to Win11 24H2 and would like to continue using the printer.
But it don't print color. I installed the HP Easy Smart. But it don't work.

Step-by-Step Fix Guide
1. Uninstall the Printer Completely
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners
- Select your printer → Click Remove
- Restart your PC
2. Install the Full HP Driver (Not Just HP Smart)
- Visit the official HP support page for your printer:
👉 HP OfficeJet 4657 All-in-One Printer | HP® Support - Download and install the Full Feature Software and Drivers (not just HP Smart or Easy Start)
3. Check Color Settings in Print Dialog
- Open a document or photo → Press Ctrl + P → Select your printer
- Click Printer Properties or Preferences
- Make sure:
- Color is selected (not grayscale or black ink only)
- Paper Type is set to plain or photo paper as needed
- Print Quality is set to Best or Normal

4. Run HP Diagnose & Fix Tool
- Open the HP Smart app
- Click your printer → Select Diagnose & Fix
- Follow the on-screen instructions to resolve driver and print queue issues
