OfficeJet 6950 problems with cartridges

Hi there,

 

I bought my printer beginning 2020 from Amazon UAE and everything worked fine so far. But after I had to exchange my ink the problems started.  No one in the UAE have the correct cardridges (902), only 903 which they said are the correct ones for this country.

 

After i put the new cartriges in my printer the following appears:

 

"The indicated cartridges are not intended for unse in this printer"
"Installes Cartridge: 903XL, Supported Cartridges: 902XL,902"

 

Any ideas?

The right cartridge for your printer in the region is 

HP 903, 903XL Black

HP 903, 903XL Cyan

HP 903, 903XL Magenta

HP 903, 903XL Yellow

 

Try the steps in the document - Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
