This printer stopped printing black ink. It continues to print color without issue. I have:

1. Replaced the ink cartridge

2. Cleaned the print head several times.

3. Test page comes out in color only.

4. Uninstalled printer

5. Restored original settings...repeated steps 2-3.

6. Updated and downloaded the most recent version. Repeated steps 2-3

7. It doesn't matter if I print wirelessly from my laptop or copy a page loaded into the printer itself. it's as if the cap is on.

8. New cartridge is full and wet with black ink.
