Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just set up a HP OfficeJet 9020 Printer.  I installed new cartridges and printed a test page.  The colors did not print and the printed lines printed only about every 1 inch or so, the spaces between the black printed lines were skipped.  I have cleaned the printheads twice, and have used the clean smear application 5 times with no difference in quality.  How can this problem be resolved?
