Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

OfficeJet Pro 6978 won't print cyan at all, not even a little bit! Multiple print head cleanings and new cartridges and nothing at all.

I see this question has been asked many times, and every time the HP person reverts it to a private messaging event in which there is never any answers for the general public. It is my hope to get on the private message train and get this problem fixed, since there seems to be no public explanations or fixes available.
