Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a Officejet Pro 7740 in Europe. The ink cartridges for this printer in Europe are 953.

 

I moved to USA, and the cartridges for this printer here, are 952.

 

When I installed the new cartridges 952 in my printer, it show "Incompatible Cartridges" and  "The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer".   

 

In another post and forums of HP, I saw the following:

 

"To switch from one region to another if you moved you must replace all 4 cartridges and contact HP to reset the printer for the current region, the printer cannot use both 952 and 953 at the same time..."

 

Can you help me with reset the printer to current region?
