Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

I've been use this printer for years. Recently it prints only in black and white. Even print a quality report from the printer panel, it comes with gray tone only. All 3 other colors are missing. So it's not about the PC or the driver. I'm using non-HP 952XL but it does print in color before.
