Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi,

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series printer, and it is only printing pages in black.  I just replaced the YMC cartridges and the printer tools do show that all ink cartridges - Yellow, Magenta, Cyan & Black - are full.  I've tried cleaning and aligning the printhead many times with no change.  All test pages are only displaying black.  Do sure what I can do next to resolve this problem.  Is it possible I need to replace the printhead?
