Officejet Pro 6830 - Cyan print quality poor
Have done printhead clean routine at all three levels. Slight improvement but still poor.
Black print and other colors are fine, just Cyan that will not flow enough ink
Have also tried a new Cyan cartridge. Seems like the printhead is partially clogged. Is there a way to replace or further clean the print head on this printer?

The printhead cannot be replaced. If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
