Hello
I got my printer repaired with new main board after my printer has died during an upgrade due a power outage.
Unfortunatelly the Main board installed does not accept any Cartridges purchased in EU region (953/953XL).
I have read here in this forum about some workarround how to reset a region.
I have contacted HP help desk here in Czech Republic, unfortunatelly the operator told me today, this service (region reset) is no longer available / supported from them.
I have tried to investigate already based on some hints found on various web sites, so available now to access an Engineering menu, where can see a printer region, and also ink regions, can change a SN, Service ID, MAC address, etc... But without a knowledge, where to sign a propper data for my region, it is unusefull for me.
Anybody here, who can help me to fix my problem ?
Thank you in advance

@Michal_CZ1, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
