HP Recommended
Product: HP officerjet 4635
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

No ink cartridges available  for this model, therefore ordered from Clickinks.  On installation received "Error Code 0xc4eb981b" which caused the printer to freeze up .  Called Clickinlks and was advised to get into HP customer support.  Automatic responder advised several times to proceed to pages which were not available with "HTTP 400".  Apparently cannot find help for this problem of unbranded ink cartridges.
