When replacing the Magenta and Cyan 952 XL ink cartridge, I get a message saying these are "Older Generation" and to use in an older printer, which I do not have. It says to contact support if I do not have an older printer.
What do I do, as these cartridges are costly? Is it possible to get a refund on these?
