I have an Officejet  Pro 8600, Model N911a, product no. CM749A. A few days ago,  the screen informed me that the yellow cartridge was depleted - replace it. I replaced with Office Depot refilled cartridges - same issue. I replaced those with a new set of HP 951 Color and 951XL Black. The machine still will not print or copy. The error message is "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged. (Y)  Remove them and replace with new cartridges." I have done that, as well as several hard resets and cleaning the contacts on the yellow cartridge and on the cartridge head. I am at wit's end. Thnaks.
