Hi @GalJ,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Press and hold the Start Copy Color button on the printer control panel for 3 seconds to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi Jay_G24,
Thanks for assisting me on this issue.
1) Yes, all the time it prints in same way. where blue color is missing and instead it apply light pink color for every where blue represent in my output.
2) I used PDF , words , scan document print and still end up with same . also I used two different laptops and end up with same result.
I've printed a print quality diagnostic paper and it doesn't show anything under Cyan color. as it suggests I've clean the cartridges several time using HP software and it didn't help. Also I used HP scan doctor software to detect any other issue and it didn't show any error, upgrade etc.

As this is a hardware issue, I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region regarding service options for your printer.
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
