Blue is not printing! I have run all the diagnostic tests, replaced the cyan cartridge (I always use genuine HP cartridges), done 3 levels of printer head cleaning.
Black and other colors print fine. Please help!

I understand that you are having issues with the print quality.
Try updating the firmware. Click here
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer.
