Hi All, 

 

For a few months now I have been unable to use my printer. Everytime I print something it prints in Magenta/Black. No matter if I select color or black and white. When I print a Quality Test. It shows Cyan and Yellow are empty. I filled them back up with ink. Still says empty on the Quality Test and still prints in Magenta and Black ONLY. I've tried all the cleaning methods that the printer will do on its own and none of those helped. Really unsure what to do at this point. I've only printed 200 pages or so and had the printer less than a year.
