HP Recommended

I printed yesterday 2024-09-21 and I had no issues beautiful print.

Today, the printer indicated to change the cartridge of black in k which I did. 

The test sheet came out well but not the writing only half the of the letters are showing up.

Tried to print someting else and the same problem only half printed.

 

Requesting  assistance please
