I've been struggling recently in that the alignment of my print out seems to have shifted and now will only print the bottom half of the page, with the rest of the print out bleeding off the top. Is there a way to correct the alignment of this so that my whole A4 will print?

I reinstalled the print drivers last night on my Mac, unfortunately it made no difference. Also, it does the same when I'm printing from our iPhones.

I don't think it will be ink levels, as it's cutting off the top of the page rather than fading out half of the page. Seems like some sort of alignment issue, but the alignment manager on the printer doesn't appear to be able to fix.

Using the hp smart app click on the printer logo/ink levels and go to advanced settings.

Select the tools tab from top and go to printer updates-firmware update-check now
