Placed an order Sept. 29
to date have not received it due to “bad address”
Contacted HP on September 4 via email, same day response received that I should be with the delivery party.
Contacted the delivery party (DHL) and they say it should be solved by HP.
On September 4 immediately emailed HP again, however now I get no response.
September 9 in the morning again contacted HP via [edit]
I get a response, that it cannot be done this way and I have to call Private Customers: [edit]
This number appears not to be in use
After reporting this and emailing several times, I get a response at the end of the day that I should call [edit]
Called last night and hung up after 10 minutes on hold.
Now also been on hold for 20 minutes and all I hear is “Currently all our staff are busy, please stay on the line to speak to a member of staff”
No way to contact HP via any other means either.
I am very disappointed in the service and hope to finally be helped for once
