I am trying to setup this printer my father gave me. No idea when it was purchased. It's been in storage. I am trying to set up the printer but it will not read the ink cartridges as compatible. I have tried contacting support and have gotten no where. what do I do?

- Is this the first time you are setting up this printer new out of the box or was that setup before?
- May I know which application you are using to print?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
