i have a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479 and i keep a stock of 'original' HP toners for them. this morning when the magenta one was low i swapped it with the one in stock. i got a message saying "Non-HP chip detected". this Magenta toner came from the same batch as the rest of the toners that are correctly installed. so i swapped it again with my backup stock toner cartridge, and same message again.  The backup cartridge is from another vendor, but also original. 

Both these toner boxes had the 3d genuine sticker on it and they were bought as original. installing the 'low toner' cartridge back seems to remove the message (which indicates the contacts are faulty). is this an issue with some setting or firmware? 

 

I have followed all the online recommended tips like unplug for 10 seconds, clean the contacts. how can i fix this? my office is unable to print now.
