Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Colour Laser MFP 179fnw printer keeps rejecting  original cartidges sayng they are not real.

I have contacted HP and got nowhere. They told me to send pictures of what its saying, what the cartridges look like and I can even proove I bought them direct from HP but nothing is being resolved.

This has been going on for nearly A YEAR!!!!!!
