  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hello and thanks for response. I have always ordered 5pack F6V12FN#140 ink cartridges from Staples. The 5 pack was delivered on January 8th and cyan installed on same day. The cyan was out of ink on January 16th. Only lasted 8 days??? The color ink cartridges usually last about 2-3 months depending on teaching projects. I am going to call HP this week for replacement. I appreciate any and all help you could provide in this matter.
