Hello, I used to get warning messages when my toner was running low, but I'm not receiving that and I wound up running out of toner.  Is that something that HP sends or it something I need to take care of.   Thank you.

  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
  • Is your printer enrolled with the HP instant ink plan?
