PRINTER 6525 - REPLACED INK CARTRIDGES WITH GENUINE HP 564XL CARTRIDGES, BLACK IS NOT RECOGNIZED

I have replace the ink with new cartridges, the black one repeatable shows as "Ink Cartridge problem" One or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged.  Ii have re-installed numerous times, checked the print ink, wiped down the contacts with coffee filter, bent the tab back for a greater snap fit.  No what?  it cost $54.00 and doesnt work

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
