The indicated cartridge is low. Actual cartridge life ramaing may vary. Consider having a replacement available to  install when print quality is no longer acceptable .The cartridge does not need to be replaced now.

Do you have a question?  The message indicates a warning that your black cartridge is running low and may need to be replaced in the near future.  The message is given in advance so you will have adequate time to have a replacement on hand.
