Have been trying for over fifteen minutes to order an ink cartridge from my HP Envy 6000 series printer, but the sale won't go through, apparently because "My phone number is not valid," or so says a message on the web page.  But it's the same number I've had for years.  Tried re-writing the phone number with spaces, but no go.  Now have no choice but to go to Amazon or Ebay.

 

I don't understand why this is being made so difficult.

  • Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can resolve many issues. After clearing, try entering your information again.

4. Use the HP Smart App

  • If you haven't already, consider using the HP Smart app on your phone or tablet to order ink. It may bypass the issues you’re facing on the website.
