Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Been paying monthly for a over a year for Instant Ink. My black ink cartridge has just come up with error whilst printing, removed, cleaned & replaced 5 times now saying it's empty. Not received a replacement cartridge. I now have to go out to several shops & try purchase 1 & pay about £7.00. The idea of the plan is not to run out. Can't get hold of anyone, expect a silly virtual person who takes me round in circles. Any suggestions or help ? Ive paid for plan for over year £1.99 & only received ink once. I want ink or refund immediately. So annoyed
