Product: LaserJet MFP X579
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Emailing photos from my phone to work email to print in office, but the prints come through slightly blurry and with thick, horizontal, evenly spaced lines across the entire picture. I have tried cleaning, checked ink, and nothing is wrong. Other pictures that were not emailed from a phone print just fine. Any advice asap would be a huge help 🙂 have a case trial coming up. Thank you!
