Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi, I am trying to print photos from my macbook (tried through Preview, PowerPoint, and Photos apps, all print the same) but they always come out blurry and wet. These are large files and I am printing to 4x6 HP Photo paper, so pixelation is not the issue. I've searched but cannot find a specific answer to my problem. Also I am printing from all applications by choosing photo paper and best quality, so my print setting are not the issue.
