Photosmart 6520 only prints in black. How to switch to color printing?

Using this printer fine with a 9 year old Dell.  Just bought a new Dell Inspiron and it won't print in color.  How to switch to color printing?

If you have not done so,

Download-Save-Install the Full Feature Software for the printer.

HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer Full Feature Software and Drivers

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.

Notes...

The printer software last released 2015.

It may still work with the latest versions of Windows 10.

What else?

If you have not done so, consider updating the printer Firmware

What else?

In general, Color printing is a matter of choosing / setting the appropriate Shortcut in Printing Preferences.

What else?

The printer might need maintenance or otherwise need to be checked.

No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Method - Create TCP IP port

Find printer's IP /  IPv4 address

Print a Configuration Page

OR

Tap on the wireless icon on Printer Control / Display Panel

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers

Right-Click on the printer > Left-Click Printer Properties

Select Tab Ports  > Add Port

Select Standard TCP/IP Port > New Port and follow the wizard.
Use / Enter IP address for the printer.
