The Video say it all. No support available or my money back I guess for something that is not my fault at all. What a waste of money on new Ink that I cannot for the life of me get to stay put!! Printer (used to) work fine otherwise. This is most unfair I think and should be refunded my money back by HP at the very least, as it’s not the shops problem that sold the ink either.
Hi and Thanks. Yes it must be I guess, yet nothing looks broken. The white swing lock looks fine and free to move. Bad design IMO and something I shouldn’t have to suffer a loss on. Probably won’t buy HP again, including there gloss photo paper, I’m done with the Brand.
