Physical Ink Cartridge

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet 7510

The Video say it all.  No support available or my money back I guess for something that is not my fault at all.  What a waste of money on new Ink that I cannot for the life of me get to stay put!! Printer (used to) work fine otherwise.  This is most unfair I think and should be refunded my money back by HP at the very least, as it’s not the shops problem that sold the ink either.

That is a broken/damaged lock on the printhead, your ink cartridge is probably 100% fine but the broken/damaged lock is causing your issue. Don't force cartridge in you will make it only worse.

Hi and Thanks.  Yes it must be I guess, yet nothing looks broken. The white swing lock looks fine and free to move.  Bad design IMO and something I shouldn’t have to suffer a loss on. Probably won’t buy HP again, including there gloss photo paper, I’m done with the Brand.
