Product: HP Envy 5540 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Several months ago I purchased a HP 62 Tri color-black combination to replace the empty cartridges in my HP Envy 5540 Printer. I went to use the printer and the print quality is worse than poor. I have followed the cleaning cartridges on my printer three times and no success. I even tried this procedure several times. I believe that the cartridges are bad, and I hope that we can get them replaced. Not expecting any issues with HP products, and I have HP computers, laptops, printers over the last thirty years. I dont look forward to paying $57.00 to replace these defective combo cartriges. Any help would be appreciated
